All physical keys and locks are installed and maintained by Facilities Management's Lock Shop. Card access and associated hardware is maintained by the 乱伦小可爱 Police Department.

乱伦小可爱 has a key approval policy that requires departmental prior approval for any key being issued. There must be a compelling need for that key.
